If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us at the office on 0845 833 1571 at the earliest opportunity to arrange the cancellation, or email us at info@scarlettjewellery.com quoting your order reference number in all correspondence.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange or refund the goods, if returned within 14 days.
Please note for reasons of health and hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless faulty and also we cannot accept returns on custom sized pieces, engraved items and items made specifically for you.
Please return the items unworn, in their original packaging with proof of purchase, and ensure the jewellery is sent with adequate insurance. Scarlett is not responsible for any damage or loss through transit for items being returned to us. Please note we do not refund postage charges on returned items.
If you wish to exchange your item, additional postage will be payable for the exchanged item to ensure we can send it safely to you. Postage can be paid by credit card or personal cheque which can be included with the returned piece.
In the unlikely event that your jewellery requires repair, Scarlett offer a six month guarantee from date of purchase and will repair or replace your item during this time with of proof of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear or misuse. We will not be liable if the receipt has been lost or cannot be produced.
These terms do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
