If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before despatch, call us on 01273 722 110 or email email@example.com at your earliest opportunity, quoting your order number.
We offer a 14 day free returns policy on most items, allowing you to try our jewellery without obligation. On receipt of your returned order we will refund the price of your jewellery plus any standard postage charges paid (N.B. Express Delivery costs are non-refundable), plus your return postage costs within 3 working days of receipt (subject to the conditions below). Free returns are not available on reduced price, sale or promotional items, or items where a discount code has been used, or on international orders.
Jewellery purchased as a Christmas Gift (between 1st November & 23rd December) can be returned for exchange or refund by January 15th 2016.
Unwanted items returned as part of our ‘Free Returns’ policy must be returned as new - unworn and in the original packaging. Once you have opened the packaging, please take care to observe our jewellery care instructions to avoid the risk of tarnishing as we are unable to accept jewellery which is not returned in perfect condition.
You may exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange your jewellery for another piece, any difference in price will be payable/refundable, and postage is payable for the new item to be sent to you.
In the unlikely event that your jewellery requires repair, Scarlett offer a six month guarantee from date of purchase and will repair free of charge or replace your item during this time with proof of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear or misuse. We cannot be liable if the receipt cannot be produced.
After the six month guarantee period we can still repair your jewellery for a nominal fee, including postage costs. We will contact you with a quote before beginning any work on your jewellery. Please note we only undertake repairs on items made by Scarlett.
For reasons of health and hygiene earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom sized jewellery, engraved or personalised items, or pieces made specifically for you, unless an error has been made by Scarlett. We are also unable to refund gift vouchers.
1. You can request a return through your Scarlett online account, alternatively please call us on 01273 722 110 if you wish to process your return offline.
2. Securely pack your order in its original packaging. Please include your original order number, returns number and contact details.
3. Send your package via Royal Mail with adequate insurance (we recommend Special Delivery). You need to obtain proof of posting as Scarlett is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. Our returns address is: : Scarlett, Studio Workshop, PO Box 5334, Hove BN52 9UH.
Please note that we are not able to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance to notify us that your item is being returned. These terms do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
