Standard Delivery - orders are shipped in the UK within 1-3 working days of an authorized order using Royal Mail Special Delivery. P&P for standard delivery is £5.00
Recorded Delivery - For orders under £40 you can opt for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days and postage is £2.50.
Express Delivery – orders should be placed before 2pm and are despatched same (working) day for overnight delivery. You will receive goods by 1pm on a next day Royal Mail special delivery service and the charge is £15 per parcel.
Saturday Delivery - We also offer a guaranteed Saturday Delivery service with Royal Mail, which you can select for £7.00. Orders placed between Saturday and Thursday are shipped out on Friday of the same week.
International Delivery – orders sent to Europe and Worldwide destinations are charged at £20 per order, irrespective of size or value.
Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the address is correct with a full post code.
Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail or an international courier, Scarlett Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays.
