Can I have my piece engraved?

We offer external engraving which is done by a hand-engraving professional. We ask that you contact us directly for lead times and prices, but typically engraving requires 3-4 weeks from receipt of order. During the busy Christmas period (late November - December) we unfortunately cannot offer engraving.

Can I have a custom ‘charm’ made?

We can make charms especially for you, but it’s worth noting production costs must be covered by that single charm. Each of our charms is initially hand carved from wax before it is cast in silver. Costs for a bespoke charm are substantially higher than charms we sell through the website as costs are covered by multiple sales.

Can I have a bespoke ‘Mojo’ or ‘One Love’ loop made with my own choice of writing?
