All pieces shown for sale on our website are in stock at all times giving you quick, easy delivery when you want it. The only exceptions are where things are made to order, including Mojo bangles and Personalised Jewellery and Double Bangles with Year Loops, but these are made immediately and despatch is usually within 3 working days.

Bespoke pieces such as custom sizes, wedding rings, diamond setting, and anything not shown on the website can be ordered by contacting the workshop on 01273 722 110.

In the extremely rare occasion that an item becomes unavailable for any reason, we will contact you right away to discuss possible alternatives or let you know of the delivery date you can expect to receive it.

In exceptional circumstances should we not be able to fulfill an order we have accepted, we will refund your card with the full price.
