We aim to have all pieces shown on our website in stock at all times giving you quick, easy delivery when you want it. There are only one or two exceptions where things are made to order, such as Mojo bangles and Charm Necklaces, but these are made immediately and despatch is usually within 3 working days.

Bespoke pieces such as custom sizes, wedding rings, diamond setting, and anything not shown on the website should be ordered by contacting the office directly on 0845 833 1571.

In the extremely rare occasion that an item becomes unavailable for any reason, we will contact you right away to discuss possible alternatives or let you know of the delivery date you can expect to receive it.

In exceptional circumstances should we not be able to fulfill an order we have accepted, we will re-fund your credit card with the full price.
