Returns and Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us at the office on 01273 722110 at the earliest opportunity to arrange the cancellation, or email us at info@scarlettjewellery.com quoting your order reference number.

Please note for reasons of health and hygiene earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. We cannot accept returns on custom sized pieces, engraved items and items made specifically for you.

If you wish to return your item for a refund, please return it to us, unworn within 14 days of purchase, in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Ensure the jewellery is sent with adequate insurance such as Special Delivery. Scarlett is not responsible for damage or loss in transit.

If you do return your order, please call us after despatch so we know it's on it's way, and we advise addressing all parcels to 'Scarlett' with no mention of Jewellery for security reasons. Please note we do not refund postage charges on returned items.

If you wish to exchange your jewellery, postage will be payable for the exchanged item to be sent safely to you. Postage can be paid by credit card or cheque, which can be included with the returned piece.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery requires repair, Scarlett offer a six month guarantee from date of purchase and will repair or replace your item during this time with of proof of purchase. This guarantee excludes general wear and tear or misuse. We cannot be liable if the receipt cannot be produced.

These terms do not affect your consumer statutory rights.

All returns should be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, so they are trackable and fully insured. Please include your contact details and reason for return.
