Cancelling your order
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch, please contact us at the workshop on 01273 722 110 at the earliest opportunity to arrange the cancellation, or Email Us quoting your order reference number.
Returns or exchanges
If you wish to return your
item for a refund or exchange, please return it to us, unworn within 14 days of
purchase, in the original packaging with proof of purchase, your contact
details and reason for return. Please note for reasons of health and hygiene
earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If you wish to exchange your jewellery, postage will be payable for the exchanged item to be sent safely to you. Postage can be paid by credit card or cheque, which can be included with the returned piece.
Personalised and Resized Jewellery
We cannot accept
returns or exchanges on custom sized pieces, engraved or personalised items, or
pieces made specifically for you, unless in the unlikely event that an error has been made by Scarlett.
When ordering personalised jewellery, make sure your order is 100% accurate for your personalisation requirements, for example spelling and use of capital letters, as orders cannot always be changed once in production, and cannot be returned due to mistakes on your order.
Christmas ReturnsWe extend our policy for the Christmas period knowing many items will be given as gifts, so should you wish to return or exchange any Christmas gifts, we will accept returns received before 15th January 2014. Please note personalised or made to order jewellery is not returnable.
How do I return jewellery to you?
Ensure any jewellery is sent to us with adequate insurance such as Special Delivery. Scarlett is not responsible for damage or loss in transit. Please note we do not refund postage charges on unwanted returned items.
These terms do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
