A word from the new owner

I started working with Sarah Fenton, the founder of Scarlett Jewellery, back in 2007. It was my first time working with a small brand with quality and meaning as its focus.

I wasn't a novice to the jewellery world, but my only experience with silver charms was the bracelet my mum wore in her hippy teens, which she passed on to me on my 21st birthday. I don't wear much jewellery, and still don't have a huge number of accessories, but the pieces I have all have a special meaning to me.

I worked with Sarah on a rebrand and helped to transform Scarlett into a designer jewellery brand with a full e-commerce site presenting a complete collection of beautifully-made and meaningful silver and gold jewellery. During this time Sarah and I underwent a lot of changes as while we were working together we both became mums, and found ourselves juggling the business and babies. But the business grew like our beautiful children – even through a recession.

When Sarah began to feel it was time for a change it made perfect sense for me to take the business on. I love the business, the jewellery, and what Scarlett stands for, so in June I became the new owner.

So what does it mean for the future, for Scarlett? We’re hoping that our new website, new designs, and new focus will take us from strength to strength and give you something special, too. We love our customers, old and new. We are still Jewellery With Spirit – the same team of people, with customer service as our priority, and the same beliefs that make Scarlett so special to us and for you.
