What we do with your information

We require this information to understand your individual needs as a customer and provide you with an excellent and personal service including:

  • Internal record keeping and order management.
  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided - if you have opted out of our emails we will not send any to you.

Our workshop is secured with password protected computer systems and fully alarmed to keep your information safe.  We don't use any out-sourced companies dealing with data or sales so you don't need to worry about us sharing your information with any third parties.

If you have made a payment securely online your information is not stored by ourselves or our partner Sagepay who securely handle all transactions with the legally required encription technologies.

If you have placed your order over the phone, all details relating to your card transactions are securely shredded immediately and then disposed of using trusted business security disposal services.

  • If you have subscribed to our email marketing list you can remove yourself at any time by ticking the 'unsubscribe' button.

We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third parties unless we have your express permission or are required by law to do so - such as for a financial company audit by HRMC.

Why did I receive your brochure when I didn't request it?

Every year or so we send a physical brochure in the post to customers who may have ordered recently to make you aware of our new collections.  You can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time by emailing info@scarlettjewellery.com.  These brochures are shipped and packed directly from us and are not from any outsourced company who might have access to your details.

Will you pass my data on to third parties?

We will never pass your details onto third parties.
