All deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If you've received an email from us to say your order has been despatched, but you haven't received it in 3 working days for the UK (up to 3 weeks for some international orders) please let us know and we can send you a tracking number. We are currently working with Royal Mail to provide a tracking number when your order is despatched - this should be available some time in 2017.
All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail postal services, and delivery times exclude bank holidays and public holidays.
*Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the address is correct with a full post code. Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail or an international postal service, Scarlett Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, mis-routing, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.
Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered.
International shipment times will vary depending on your local postal service. All overseas items are sent either using International Airsure, or International Signed for services operated by Royal Mail. From experience, typical times are from 7-14 working days but this can be longer in remote areas.
