If your order is not to your liking, we offer free returns for refund or exchange within 14 working days of receipt. Items must be returned as new - unworn and in the original packaging. Beautiful jewellery deserves to be beautifully presented. We put as much care and thought into our gift wrapping as we do creating our jewellery.
Orders are gift wrapped in crisp tissue paper and presented in our signature boxes. Where appropriate a meaning card or charm or Mojo card is tucked in the box, to explain the symbolism.
Finally, upon request, we can include a complimentary gift bag and/or handwritten gift card - just let us know in the 'Leave a message' area when you place your order.
